Our philosophy is BALANCED MOVEMENT. We integrate different somatic (body & mind) modalities with the intention to improve our biomechanical function. The term we use to describe our product is ‘AGILE BODY’ which we get through working on different movement skills: awareness of body & space, balance, breath, strength, mobility, flexibility, & relaxation. The result is that the loads in our body are balanced efficiently between joints who communicate with each other and work together, INTEGRATION.

Our clientele ranges from ages 12 to 80, we work with young athletes to heal injuries and to improve movement skills. And with a more mature population, what we call ‘Movement Longevity,’ where we provide the answer for the question: HOW will I stand off the ground in my 80’s.
