Hypnosis utilizes a state of consciousness called 'trance’ which you experience daily but may not be able to identify. Probably, most of your favorite activities include this state (watching TV, exercising, being in nature, reading, sex & meditation, etc). In trance, our unconscious mind is open and able to accept new suggestions/ beliefs that have the potential to become part of our operating system/ belief system. It can also give us resources that are not always available for us in our default state of consciousness. With hypnosis our behavior can change to support these new beliefs.

           People usually describe their experience with hypnotherapy as finding inner freedom & empowering. The result is not just new awareness, it’s the ability to MOVE PAST long term issues and recurring problems; having a mind that supports us, so we can experience more of what we want in life.

1. How long does it usually take to get results?
It depends on the issue, however most of my clients overcome their issue in 1-4 sessions.

2. How long is a session?
The first session is usually around 2 hours, later sessions are usually 90 minutes.

3. What will I experience in the session? 
Most people say the session moves quickly and feels lighter than they expected. There might be moments of crying, laughing, enlightenment, releasing, forgiving, self-confidence& self-reassurance. After the session, clients usually comment on how light they feel, that they dropped a huge weight that is not there anymore - freedom. 

Through the sessions, Matan and I figured out how to get away from one behavior that I resented. All it took from me was an intention and a desire to be honest. I felt in control at all times and Matan guided me through each session with respect and attention. Months after the sessions, I am still not drinking and I still know and understand why.
